This K4DD Rapid Evidence Review summarises evidence on the factors influencing the sustainability and equity of Science and Technology partnerships.

Science and Technology (S&T) partnerships are instrumental in addressing intractable global problems, such as climate change and emerging infectious diseases.

Although S&T partnerships have increased globally, more than 4 out of every 10 are likely not to live beyond a brief period and fail to achieve their goals. A critical consideration of factors influencing the sustainability and equity of the partnerships should be done.
