Successful Collaboration Models in Science, Technology and Innovation Ecosystems

29th August 2025

This K4DD Rapid Evidence Review collates available evidence on successful collaboration models in science, technology and innovation ecosystems between India and other countries.

The review draws upon an eclectic evidence base that includes grey literature, press announcements and Memoranda of Understanding as wall as the outputs of multi- and bilateral development actors. While the evidence base is replete with examples of collaboration models, there is limited rigorous assessment of the relative success of these collaborations given how recent many of these are.

Despite these limitations, this review highlights evidence of a number of models of collaboration.
