This daily COVID-19 Health Evidence Summary is to signpost DFID and other UK government departments to the latest relevant evidence and discourse on COVID-19 to inform and support their response. It is a result of 3 hours of work and is not intended to be a comprehensive summary of evidence. This summary covers eight publications on COVID-19 considerations for TB care, evidence-based answers for policymakers in resource-limited settings, Disability considerations during the COVID-19 outbreak, responses to the socio-economic impacts of COVID-19, a Gender Lens Protecting sexual and reproductive health and rights, and promoting gender equality, Platform Randomised trial of INterventions against COVID-19 In older peoPLE (PRINCIPLE) Trial, Randomised Evaluation of COVID-19 Therapy (RECOVERY) clinical trial, and Randomised, Embedded, Multifactorial, Adaptive Platform Trial for Community-Acquired Pneumonia (REMAP-CAP). This summary also covers global evidence on tracking COVID-19 cases, online course by LSHTM, and COVID-19 resource hubs that are accessible by the public.
