Serious and Organised Crime’s Exploitation of Borders in North Africa

This K4DD Rapid Evidence Review examines serious and transnational organised crime in the border zones of North Africa – from Morocco to Libya.

It looks particularly the smuggling of weapons and drugs (mostly cannabis and cocaine) and looks at regional states’ efforts to cooperate at addressing these types of transnational organised crime.
